- Curated devotional + kids channels imported, home “Devotional channels” and “Kids” rows
- YouTube API: live search merged with catalog (24 h cache), trending rows, key stored in admin
- Full-history crawler: uploads playlists, resumable, quota-aware (≤9,000 units/day)
- Automatic updates: RSS every 15 min, crawl every 15 min, daily refresh + removed-video check, daily backup; run history in admin
- Blender samples replaced with remote IA/Commons streams (no local sample files)
- Cross-posting adapters to YouTube / Facebook / Instagram built; switch on after OAuth app credentials are entered
- End-to-end verification (headless Chrome): thumbnails, YouTube/Commons/Archive playback, Shorts, no 4xx
- Super admin panel + CMS: roles & permissions, 2FA, audit log, site settings, analytics, moderation, pages (WYSIWYG), home builder, menus, categories, media, announcement
